2 1/2 lbs chicken
1 1/2 c buttermilk
3/4 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in 1/2 c buttermilk. Roll in seasoned flour. Melt butter in baking pan. Put chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes. Blend soup and remaining buttermilk. Pour around chicken. Bake 15 minutes or until done.
