3 lbs seedless grapes ( 2 different colors)
8oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 c pecans
Brown sugar to coat

Directions:
Directions:
Stem and wash grapes. Pat dry. Toss with nuts. Lightly coat with brown sugar and toss.Chill at least two hours.Meanwhile, soften cream cheese to room temperature. Beat with sour cram until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat 1 -2 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Fold cream mixture into grape mixture well,but don't over mix or brown sugar will come off grapes and blend too much with creamed mixture. Put into serving bowl, garnish with mint leaves in the center. Serve immediately.
