3 to 3 1/2 lb cut chicken
3/4 tsp salt
1 can(14oz) artichokes hearts , drained
1 red or green pepper, cut into 1/2" wide strips
1/3 cup pimento stuffed olives, sliced
3 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. oil (olive)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover pan, bake for 35 minutes then increase temp of oven to 400 degrees and bake until meat juices run clear.
