1 3lb bag of frozen chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs
4 T dill or sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped celery (can sub. celery salt here)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken and cool. Cube or dice. Place in a covered container. Add mayo (more or less to your taste), chopped eggs, relish, and celery. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a leaf of lettuce or on your favorite bread or rolls as a sandwich.
