6 slices raisin bread
About 1/2 stick butter
3 eggs
3 cups skim milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tspn vanilla extract
1/2 tspn nutmeg
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter 7 slices of raisin break, cut into 1 inch squares and placed, buttered side down, in shallow, rectangular baking dish.
Heat milk.
Beat eggs slightly and add sugar, vanilla and salt.
Slowly add heated milk to egg mixture and pour over bread in baking dish.
Sprinkly with nutmeg.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
