1 pkg frozen sliced zucchini
1 large tomato, chopped.
1 (7 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained.
1 small onion, chopped
1 tspn. minced garlic, or 1/2 tspn. garlic powder.
2 tbspns. grated parmesan cheese.
1/2 tspn sale and 1/4 tspn pepper
1/4 cup shredded mixed Italian cheeses..

Directions:
Directions:
Combine zucchini, tomato, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a 2 quart microwaveable casserole dish. Mix gently.
Top with mixed cheeses. Microwave, covered, on high for 10 minute. Let stand for 5 minutes.
