2-1/4 pounds ground beef 1-can water 1-onion 1-large bay leaf 1-oz chili powder 4-oz salt 1-oz Accent 3-cans tomatoes 3-cans red kidney beans 1-clove garlic 3-oz sugar 1/2-oz black pepper 1/4-oz red pepper
Fry onions and beef until done. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30-40 min.
