Ingredients:  
2 tbsp. olive oil.
1 large onion, sliced
1 tspn minced garlec, or 1/2 tspn garlic powder.
3 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken pieces.
1 pkg frozen sliced carrots
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
2 medium zucchini, sliced.
1 can chopped tomatoes, not drained.
salt and pepper to taste.
1 can garbanzo beans, drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
Transfer to crockpot.
Add carrots, potatoes and zucchini to crockpot.
Brown chicken pieces in same skillet used for onions and garlic.
Placed browned chicken on top of veggies in crockpot.
Add seasonings and tomatoes.
Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours.
Add garbanzo beans 30 minutes before serving.
