3 lb. green beans
1/3 cup fresh dill (chopped)
4 T. salt (not iodized)
2 cloves garlic
2 cups vinegar
2 cups water
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Drop 1/3 of beans at a time into boiling water for 5 minutes. Pack upright in jars. Place 2 T. dill and 1/2 garlic clove in each jar. Bring to boil vinegar, salt, sugar, cayenne and water. Pour over beans in jars. Place jar in large kettle and process 10 minutes in boiling water.
