1 lb. Camelia Red Beans
1 pound smoked sausage sliced thin
1 pound ham (or pickled pork) cut in 1 X 1 cubes
1 medium yellow onion chopped fine
6 cloves garlic chopped fine
2 bay leaves
2 stalks of celery chopped fine
1 bunch green onions chopped fine
1 green bell pepper chopped fine
10 dashes of Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
8 Cups of Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for at least 12 hours. The beans should be soft and easy to smash. Remove the two bay leaves. Smash about of the beans to thicken the juice. Server over white rice with French bread and butter.
