1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. uncooked rice
3 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped
4 slices bread
Hot milk to soak bread
1 c. chopped celery
1 qt. tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly and form into 2" balls. Put the meatballs into baking pan(s) and pour tomato juice over the meat. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours.
