1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1-1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. quick-cooking oats
3/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly stir lemon juice into milk and add lemon rind. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oats; gradually stir in the melted butter. Spread one-half the mixture in a greased 8" x 12" pan. Cover with lemon mixture. Spread the remainder of the oatmeal mixture on the top and pat firmly. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350. While warm, cut into small squares.
