1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 quarts strawberries
1 large can pineapple tidbits
reserve pineapple juice
2 to 3 bananas
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Sugar Cookie Dough (Homemade or Store-bought)

Directions:
Directions:
Press cookie dough into pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until done; cool.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Spread over crust, leaving 1/2 inch around edge. Drain Pineapple, reserving juice. Arrange thinly-sliced fruit over the cream cheese. Alternate colors for a more colorful presentation. Use any fruit of the season. Heat juice and cornstarch until lightly thickened. Spread over fruit, especially bananas. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
