1/2 cup butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Blend milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla into butter. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add coconut and pecans.

I always add more coconut to thicken frosting.
