c. chopped onion
6 T. butter
c. flour
1 t. salt
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked chicken
1- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots
2- 9 inch deep dish pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Stab and cook pie shells at 450 degrees for 10 min. Cook onion and butter until tender. Add flour and salt. Add broth. Stir until thick and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into cooked pie shells. Makes 2 pies.
