4 c. blueberries, rinsed and stems removed
c. sugar- adjust to taste
3 T. flour
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. grated lemon peel
1 T. lemon juice
1- 9 inch deep dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients except lemon juice and pour into thawed pie shell. Sprinkle lemon juice over top of pie. Dot top of pie with 1 T. butter cut into small pieces. Cover with crumb topping and bake in 400 degree oven for 35-40 min. Makes 1 pie.

Crumb topping

Mix together with pastry wire 1/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. flour, 2 T. butter until crumbly.
