2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 tsp baking soda
2/3 c. margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside the sugar, nuts, and chocolate chips. Mix all the other dry ingredients together well. Melt the butter and add it to the sugar, then blend in the eggs and vanilla. Take the flour mixture and add it to these wet ingredients gradually, mixing well. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts before putting it into the oven set at 350 for 30 minutes. cool in the pan.
