1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
With hand beater blend milk, eggs, flour and salt. Heat oven, place butter In 9x13 inch pan. Put in heated oven just long enough to melt butter. Remove and pour beaten egg mixture into hot butter. Bake immediately at 350 for 25 minutes or until puffed and light brown. Pancake will "grow" up sides of pan. Cut into slices and serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries with whipped cream.
