2 c. self-rising flour, yellow
1/4 - 1/2 c. cooking oil
corn meal
2 eggs
1- 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place iron skillet on stove heat. After mixture is mixed put about 1/8 - 1/4 of cooking oil in skillet. Add dry cornmeal to lightly cover oil. Lightly brown meal. When mixed pour in pan, place in oven. Bake @ 350 until slightly brown on top.
