salt meat
1 med. onion
4 white potatoes
2 cups water
salt pepper to tast
small amt. milk (opt.)
flour (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Cut about (4) 1 1/2"squares of salt meat, place in pot, fry until edges are a little brown. Add a finely chopped onion. Add potatoes and about 2 cups water. Salt & pepper. Cook until potatoes are making water thick and falling apart. If needed add small amt. milk or couple spoons flour.
