2 (16 oz) cans great northern beans (undrained) ½ T. olive oil 1 med onion chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles 1 t. cumin ¾ t. oregano 1/8 t. cayenne pepper 3 c. chicken broth 2 cups cooked chicken 6 oz. Monterey jack cheese salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Mix with remaining ingredients (except cheese). Cook in crock pot on low all day. Stir in shredded jack cheese at the end to thicken. Garnish with sour cream.
