Brown sausage and drain excess grease
add the cream cheese and cans of tomatoes with green chillies. Serve in crock pot to keep warm.

This dish can be modified to make it mild or hot by using spicy sausage and hot style rotel tomaotes with grenn chillies.

Personal Notes:
We usually make a double batch for this family favorite. It usaully does not last long at parties or family events. We tend to make it with mild ingredients for everyone, but have tried it spicy hot before.
