Directions:
Directions:
cut out circle in middle of slice of bread. Spray skillet with non stick spray or melted butter. Place bread in skillet. Crack the egg in the whole in the middle of bread. This makes a fried egg in the middle of toasted bread which we call bird's nests.
Great for a quick breakfast or snack.
