3 cans crushed pineapple, drain reserving juice 1 tube Ritz crackers 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 tsp. flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 stick margarine, melted
Place drained pineapple in bottom of a casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar together and sprinkle over pineapple; add cheese and pour juice over all. Spread crushed crackers over top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
