Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
1-(30 oz.) jar chunky garden spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and pepper
1-(10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
2 cups water
1 cup sliced celery
1 tsp. each sugar, salt and pepper
1-(10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
1-(10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients in a dutch oven, drain and return to pot. Add spaghetti sauce, broth, water, celery and seasonings, bring to a boil then simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in Rotel tomatoes and veggies. Return to a boil then simmer 10-12 minutes or until veggies are tender.
