4 tomatoes; peeled and cut into wedges
1 cucumber; peeled and sliced
1 large Vidalia onion, sliced
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, cucumber and onions, set aside. About 30 minutes before serving combine remaining ingredients and toss with salad. Chill until ready to serve.
