2 large graham cracker pie crust 3 - 8 oz cream cheese (beat) Beat 4 eggs (one at a time) 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 can cherries
Bake pie crust for 6-10 min. at 350º. Beat cream cheese with mixer adding one egg at a time. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat with mixer until thick and pour into crust Cook at 350 for 1 hour. When cool, add cherries on top and refrigerate.
