Zatarans Creole Spice,
BBQ Grill

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat gas grill or start charcoal and let burn until all the coals are ready. (all coals are grey).
Season Steak with Pepper, Garlic salt, Season Salt, and a dash of Zatarans.
Place on hot grill and cook until desired readiness.
Be careful not to turn to many times or you will mess up the grill markings and the presentation will not be there. You should only flip 4 times alternating the placement on the grill for desired grill markings.

The cut of beef is important. I like a thick steak 3/4" to 1" this makes it easier to cook Medium Rare. the thinner the steak the less room for error.
If there are well done Steaks in your group put these on the grill first. then follow with the next steak in the line i.e. medium etc. usually about a side turn will do it. This will ensure that the meal comes up all at the same time and all the steaks are cooked just right. Enjoy
