1 1/2 c Quick grits
6 c water
2 tsp salt
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 stick of margarine
3 eggs
Tabasco sauce (couple of drops)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and stir in grits and salt and continue stirring until thick. Remove from heat, cut Velveeta and margarine in cubes and stir into grits until smooth. Beat eggs and stir into grits and add a couple of dashes of Tabasco. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Can make the night before and take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking and bake for 60 minutes instead of 45. This will be a family favorite for a special breakfast.
