10-12 large yellow squash, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
16 0z container sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
3T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Cover squash and onion with water. cook for 20 mins. Drain well; stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Mix cornflake crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake for 30 minutes.
