1 can whole beets (1 pound)
3 T. flour
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 cup sour cream
3 T. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cider or tarragon vinegar
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beets; measure 3/4 cup liquid. Melt margarine. Blend in flour, salt and caraway seeds, crushing seeds with spoon. Slowly add beets; heat thoroughly. Turn into serving dish. Top with sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley.
