1/2 c butter or margarine
1 c powdered sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 c cream, whipped
1 c min. marshmallows
1 c nuts, chopped
1 c vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 c peppermint candy, rushed
Red food coloring

Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks. Add melted chocolate and nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 8 x 8" greased pin lined with wafer crumbs. Chill.
Mix whipped cream, marshmallows, candy, and drop of red food coloring. Pour over chilled chocolate mixture.
Chill overnight.
