1 pkg round steak (4 pieces)
flour to dredge
salt
pepper
4 potatoes, cut in sections
1 or 2 onions whole
1/2 pkg of small carrots
1/2 pkg of mushrooms, optional
1 or 2 can mushroom or celery soup
1 or 2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Pound round steak on both sides. Dredge in flour., salt and pepper. Fry steak in a large skillet or dutch oven in small amount of shortening until browned. Place vegetable in skillet, pour 2 cans of mushroom soup and 2 cans of water over the meat and vegetables. (more soup more gravy). After mixture boils, cover with lid and cook on low for 1 hour. Making sure steak is not stuck to bottom of pan.
