3 to 5 lbs. frozen Beef Chuck or Arm roast
2 teaspoons beef bullion (I use Watkins)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen roast into crock pot. Sprinkle the roast with salt, pepper and bullion. Pour the boiling water in the crock pot. Turn pot of low and cook for 10 hrs. Remove meat and make gravy with the liquid.

The meat is so tender that you will have a hard time getting it out of the pot. Some days I am late and it has cooked up to 12 hours, still good but a little overdone.
