2 Ready Made Pie Crust
5 - 6 Tart Apples - Peeled and Sliced
1 c Sugar
3 T Flour
1 t Cinnamon
2 T Butter
Salt - Dash

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 Crust in 9" Pie pan. Mix Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon and Salt. Stir in Apples until covered evenly. Put in Crust adding dots of Butter on top. Cover with second Crust. Seal the edges and cut slits for vents in the top. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and reduce heat to 350 for 45 minutes.
