1 can Crushed Pineapple 1 c Sugar 3 T Cornstarch 1/2 c Pineapple Juice
Drain Pineapple and save juice. Mix Sugar and Cornstarch. Stir in 1/2 c Juice gradually, then Pineapple. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Cool and spread o Cheese Cake
