1 1/2 pounds breaded fried okra
vegetable oil for frying
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c distilled white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry okra in oil according to directions, drain on paper towel. In medium bowl, combine okra, tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions and bacon.

In small saucepan, combine oil, sugar and vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves. Pour over okra mixture, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
