3 Eggs
1 c Raisin's
1 t Vanilla
2 1/2 c Flour
1 t Cinnamon
2 C Quick-cooking Oats
3/4 C Pecans - Chopped
1 c Butter - softened
1 1/3 c Brown Sugar
3/4 c Sugar
1 t Salt
2 t Baking Soda
Chocolate Chips

Combine 3 well beaten Egg's, 1 c Raisins and 1 t Vanilla in a bowl. Cover for 1 hour. Cream together 1 c Butter and 1 1/3 c packed Brown Sugar and 3/4 c Sugar. Add 2 1/2 c Flour, 1 t Salt, 1 t Cinnamon and 2 t Baking Soda. Mix well. Add Raisin mixture, 2 c Oats and 3/4 c chopped Pecans. Add Chocolate Chips. Drop by tablespoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes.
