Ingredients:  
5 T cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla
3 T butter
3 eggs-- separated

Directions:
Directions:
Add cornstarch to milk and sugar, cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add 2 well beaten egg yolks to hot mixture. Cook 2 minutes, remove from heat and add coconut, vanilla, and butter. Pour into a baked pie shell. Garnish with meringue and coconut. Brown meringue slightly
