Chicken breast
Onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
Tortilla shells (soft)
2 c Colby shredded cheese
salt, pepper and chili pepper (season)

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken, saute chicken and onion until cooked. Mix can of soup and 1 c sour cream together and heat in microwave oven. Take only 1 cup of soup/sour cream mix and add to chicken/onions. Mix and place 1/2 c into a tortilla shell, roll up and place in a baking dish. Take the remaining soup/sour cream mix and pour over top of shells. Top with shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
