Butter
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded muenster cheese
shredded provolone cheese
2 slices of swiss cheese
2 slices Texas Toast
pepper
basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Texas Toast as directed. Remove and turn oven on broil. Mix cheddar, muenster, and provolone cheese in a small bowl. Sprinkle cheese mixture on bread. Cook open faced in oven for 1 minute or until cheese is slightly melted. Close sandwiches. Spread butter on top and add swiss cheese and more cheese mixture on top. Cook for two additional minutes or until bubbly and brown. Remove and sprinkle with pepper and basil.
