2 lb. of ground beef or turkey
2 eggs
salt
black pepper
garlic salt
1 onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
2 celery sticks diced (optional)
2 slices of bread damp with a little water
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can or jar of mushroom gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except for the soup and gravy. Place into a loaf pan or roaster. Shape into a loaf if not using a loaf pan. Cook for an hour and a half. Drain grease out of pan. Pour cheese over loaf then add gravy. Cook for another 20 minutes.
