3 (6ox) pkgs chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, melt chips with milk. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in 8" square pan. Chill 2-3 hrs., Cut into squares.
