1 c. butter or margarine
2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop cookies by teaspoon onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

Do not immediately remove cookies from cookie sheet, let stand about 5 minutes so that they fall.
