4 eggs, beat well in mixer
1-3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
7 oz pkg. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour and beat into eggs. Add milk, vanilla, butter and coconut. Divide equally into 2 pie plates, which have been greased and floured. Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
