5-6 medium bell peppers
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3/4c. instant rice
3/4 c. water
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers, cut off tops, core, rinse and drain.Prepare rice according to directions. Saute onion in oil, add beef and brown. Add rice and tomato soup. Spoon filling into whole peppers. Bake in a covered casserole @ 350 for about 1-1/2 hours.
