10 medium potatoes, cut into small cubes and boiled.
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds,
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder,
1 tablespoon sesame seeds,
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro,
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped hot green chillies,
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan or wok, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and let them pop. Add cilantro, garlic, green chillies and salt, followed by lemon juice and sesame seeds. Stir in the potatoes, mix thoroughly and remove from heat. Garnish with chopped red pepper and cilantro. Great with barbeques.
