2 cups flour sifted
1 cup margarine, softened
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften margarine at room temperature. Mix other ingredients. You may have to work with the dough a while to get it well mixed. Roll into 1-inch balls, then place the ball on waxed paper and roll into a log. Cut this log into smaller logs, finger size. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly crispy. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Handle with care. The key is to bake slowly. Once cool, place in a covered tin and ENJOY!
