3 lbs ground beef
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced green pepper
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown beef in skillet. Add meat with all ingredients to the crockpot. Mix well. Cook 8 hours on low. Serve on favorite buns.

I have tripled this and used an electric roaster. It will cook much quicker than in the crockpot. It is delicious and great for a crowd.
