6 slices white bread buttered
8-12 ounces of cubed ham OR cooked breakfast sausage
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
7 eggs
3 cups milk
salt, pepper and dry mustard to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread butter side down in 9 x13 pan. Sprinkle meat and one cup of cheese over top.Mix eggs, spices and milk. Pour in pan. Cover with rest of cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
